MARGIN Partner Video Series Now Live on YouTube
The MARGIN (Managing Groundwater Sustainability in Urban Areas) project is pleased to announce the launch of its new Partner Video Series on YouTube, showcasing the organisations and experts working together to strengthen groundwater resilience across the Alpine region.
Groundwater is a vital resource for cities, ecosystems, and communities. However, increasing pressures from climate change, urbanisation, and competing water demands are creating new challenges for sustainable groundwater management. Through the Interreg Alpine Space MARGIN project, partners are collaborating to help cities better understand groundwater vulnerabilities and develop effective adaptation strategies.
The new video series offers viewers an opportunity to meet the organisations behind the project and gain insights into their expertise, local challenges, and contributions to improving groundwater sustainability.
The first videos already feature:
- City of Milan
- Climate Alliance
- Linz AG
- GeoSphere Austria
Each interview highlights the partner's role within the project and their efforts to support resilient and sustainable groundwater management in urban areas.
More partner stories will be released in the coming months. In September, viewers can look forward to new episodes featuring the City of Munich and the European Water Association (EWA), providing further insights into the collaborative work being carried out within MARGIN.
By sharing the experiences and perspectives of its partners, the video series demonstrates the value of cross-border cooperation in addressing common groundwater challenges across the Alpine region.
