IFAT Munich 2026

IFAT Munich is the the world's leading trade fair for environmental technologies and the most important meeting place for the industry.

From May 4th to 7th, 2026, we were there for an exciting week!

We connected with our members during the Council Meeting, where Fabio Tatano was surprised with the EWA Honorary Membership. You can learn more here.

We wrapped up the day with our reception, sponsored by Xylem.

At the Blue Stage, we shared insights on:

• Desalination in Europe: Innovation, Integration, and Sustainability
• 22nd EWA International Symposium: Advancing the Water Resilience Strategy – Efficiency, Innovation & Recovery, including Session 1: Stormwater Management

We also hosted:

• and Session 3: Contaminants & Circular Recovery
• Harnessing AI for Water: Lessons Learned and Future Horizons & Way Forward
