New paths of Qualification and Recruitment in the Water Sector

Date 25.04.2024
Location Online Webinar

The water utilities sector in Europe employs over 500,000 technical professionals, with approximately 80% of them being technicians. However, despite the significant workforce in place, the sector is encountering difficulties in recruitment and qualification of staff. This poses a challenge as the water industry requires skilled personnel to address the upcoming challenges it faces.

The webinar "New paths of Qualification and Recruitment in the Water Sector" aims to shed light on this critical issue within the water sector and proposes measures to tackle these challenges effectively. By highlighting the importance of addressing recruitment and qualification issues, the webinar seeks to facilitate discussions and provide solutions to ensure a competent and capable workforce for the future of water utilities in Europe.
