To kick off IFAT Munich 2022, we organized a webinar on the topic: “New Opportunities and Challenges for waste water reuse”.

Reuse of treated waste water gets a more and more important impact due to climate change.

The European Regulation on minimum requirements for water reuse for agricultural irrigation has entered into force in June 2020. These new rules will apply from 26 June 2023 and are expected to stimulate and facilitate water reuse for the agricultural irrigation as well as for other purposes within the whole European Union.

This online web-seminar highlighted innovative solutions of water reuse opportunities as well as challenges and the new water reuse legislation in Europe.
