Budapest Water Summit 2016

In order to discuss global water issues at the highest level, involving international stakeholders, Hungary will be hosting the Budapest Water Summit 2016 (BWS 2016), a high-profile conference and Expo with the motto ”Water connects”.
Under the patronage of H.E. Mr János Áder, President of Hungary and Member of the High Level Panel on Water convened by the UN Secretary-General and the President of the World Bank Group, the organisers have invited water ministers from the United Nations member states and high-level representatives of UN specialised agencies and other international organisations to the Plenary Session of the Summit.
