EWA will again be present at the largest environmental fair worldwide. You will able to find us at the Association’s booth in the Entrance Hall West. The EWA will be present at the fair also with its 18th International Symposium at the fair. More information about the EWA Symposium will be presented here in due course.

The 2nd Open Championship in Wastewater Engineering took place at the IFAT 2014 in Munich. The contests covered the disciplines Apprentices and Job Starters under the age of 22 (U22), Sewer Professionals and Wastewater Treatment Plant Specialists.
Apprentices and job starters under the age of 22 (U22) competed for the title at the show on Monday and Tuesday, 05 / 06 May, 2014. There are four contests to be mastered: Entering a Sewer Duct and securing the entrance to the duct in a traffi c area (street/road), Pump Maintenance and Repair, Measuring, Monitoring and Control Engineering and the Monitoring of Treatment Plants.
Sewer Professionals and Wastewater Treatment Plant Specialists competed for the title Wednesday and Thursday (07 / 08 May, 2014). Sewer Professionals must prove their ability in entering a sewer duct and securing the entrance to the duct in a traffic area (street/road), pump maintenance and repair. The Wastewater Treatment Plant Specialists have to solve tasks in measuring, monitoring and control engineering and monitoring of treatment plants.
